The neigborhoods of Cordillera Valley Club and Divide
CORDILLERA VALLEY CLUB

The Cordillera Valley Club is a special section of Cordillera that maintains the benefits of ownership, yet is conveniently located just north of Interstate 70, with southern exposure, views, and tremendous sunshine. The Valley Club is made up of 145 residences, 366 acres, The Valley Course, and its clubhouse/pro shop. The sourthern exposure and elevation of 1,100 sq. ft. lower than the other Cordillera courses, extend the playing season of the unique par 71 course well past that of the typical Vail Valley golf season.
The architecture in Cordillera Valley Club (CVC) Reflects its western personality through a rugged yet elegant atmosphere of rougn sawn wood siding, exposed trusses, and rustic metalwork. Reminiscent of southwestern Colorado territories, residences in CVC tend to be lower to the ground due to their exposed position in the predominantly sagebrush-covered landscape. In addition to these beautiful custom homes, there are several enclave of properties which are featured below:
Fall Creek

The seven residences at Fall Creek, located in a secluded draw, make up the most private enclave within Cordillera Valley Club. THE DIVIDE

The Divide is the section of Cordillera that can be seen high on the hill above Edwards to the southwest. Since the Divide is made up of high hillsides and dramatic ridge-lines, homes in this neighborhood often have expansive views east toward Vail and vast northwestern vistas.

At the Divde, the architectural character is a fusion of European and alpine ambiance. Due to similarities in the landscapes found in Central and Sourthern Europe, residences in the Divide are typically stucco and stone with exposed wood accents, hammered iron finishes, and slate roofs.
